Our Adams floorplan is a charming two bedroom, one bathroom with a dining area, linen closet, patio, fireplace, and dedicated carport. These homes have gas heating and a shared laundry facility.
Our Cascade floor plan comes with a covered assigned car port and has two bathrooms, outdoor storage, an entryway closet, a linen closet, a washer and dryer included, and a dining area adjacent to the kitchen.
Our Olympic floor plan is similar to the Cascade but trades outdoor storage for an additional entryway closet.
Our Glacier floor plan offers three bedrooms on two levels. The lower level features plentiful storage space, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a full-size washer and dryer and the living area. The upper level has an additional bathroom and the three bedrooms.
